At JewelryLatch, we want you to love your jewelry purchase. If there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Tampered Products

If you receive a package that looks damaged or tampered with:

Do not accept the delivery.
Take a video and 2 clear photos of the packaging.
Send them to info@jewelrylatch.com or WhatsApp us at +91 96308 83205 within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, if:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact.
The product was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item.
In such cases, we’ll handle the return shipping cost.

💡 Note: We reserve the right to decline a return if the product is not damaged, matches your order, or if the return claim is not valid.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
You must share valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or message).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) or Pay on Delivery (POD) orders:

Refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Festival/special-offer products are not eligible for cancellation.
If cancelled after payment:
- A 2% payment processing fee will be deducted.
- If already shipped, both-side shipping charges will also be deducted.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email info@jewelrylatch.com or WhatsApp +91 96308 83205 within 48 hours of delivery.
Get RMA Number: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Pack Safely: Return the item in original condition with RMA number mentioned.
Shipping: Use a trackable shipping method. If the item is not defective or incorrect, you’ll bear the return shipping cost.
