Yes! We offer elegant gift wrapping at no extra cost—perfect for special occasions.


3. What’s your return policy?

You can return most items within 48 hours of receiving them. Some exclusions may apply. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


4. How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping across India usually delivers within 72 hours of dispatch.


5. Do you offer international shipping?

Right now, we only ship within India. But stay tuned—we’re planning to go global soon!


6. What materials are your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made using base metals like brass, copper, and stainless steel with gold or silver plating, and simulated stones such as crystal or glass.


7. How do I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking new:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes & harsh chemicals
  • Clean gently with mild soap and a soft cloth
  • Store separately in a dry pouch or box

8. How do I create an account on Jewelry Latch?

Click Sign Up on the top-right of the site, fill in your details, and verify your email. That’s it—you’re in!


9. How can I track my order?

Log in to your account, go to Order History, and you’ll see the status of your order (e.g., Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered). If available, a tracking number will also be shown.


10. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Simply click the Cancel button in your account or contact our support team. If already shipped, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return.


11. How do I apply a discount code?

During checkout, enter your discount code (e.g., LATCH500) in the promo code box and hit Apply.


12. What if I receive a damaged product?

We’re sorry that happened! Please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photos of the item

We’ll get back to you with a quick resolution—refund, replacement, or store credit.


13. Are your gemstones and crystals real?

We use high-quality imitation gemstones and crystals to keep things beautiful, durable, and affordable.


14. Will the jewelry look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to match real-life appearance with our product images. But slight color variations may happen due to screen settings. For best accuracy, try viewing on different devices or check product reviews.


15. Are your products guaranteed?

Yes. All our products are covered against manufacturing defects. However, regular wear and tear or damage due to misuse isn’t covered.
