At JewelryLatch, we want you to feel good about your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Damaged or tampered packages
If your order arrives damaged or looks tampered with, please don’t accept the delivery. Take a short video and a couple of photos, and send them to us at info@jewelrylatch.com or on WhatsApp at +91 81 09 50 55 54 within 24 hours. Once we check the details, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns & exchanges
- You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
- Returns are free if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.
- If you’re returning for any other reason, you may need to cover the return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and check the item.
- Please keep your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded as store credit.
Cancellations
- You can cancel an order before it’s shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
- Festival or special-offer items can’t be cancelled.
- For prepaid orders, a 2% processing fee may apply. If the order has already shipped, both-way shipping charges will be deducted.
How to start a return
- Contact us at info@jewelrylatch.com or WhatsApp +91 81 09 50 55 54 within 5 days of delivery.
- We’ll give you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack the item safely with the RMA number written on it.
- Ship it back using a trackable method if needed.
